How to cancel an OPEN BetterCheck Account

To cancel your account, go to:  Cancellation Form

Select to open a BetterCheck issue.

Enter your full name, company name, email address, username and password for the BetterCheck account you wish to cancel and state in comments that you wish to cancel the account.

YOU MUST BE THE ACCOUNT OWNER and YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD MUST MATCH. If any of the information you enter does not match the details on the account, your account cannot be cancelled.  No other form of cancellation is accepted.

Please note, BetterCheck accounts will automatically cancel when the balance goes below $0. You are not responsible for negative balances. Accounts are typically purged after 90 days in negative status.
